MINDFUL WARRIOR TRAINING
The Mindful Warrior is peaceful and powerful, loud in their silence, and strong in their stillness. They are pillars of their community and servants to their brothers and sisters.

This 200 hour training program is a traditional yoga teacher training in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style, and covers all areas needed for graduates to effectively and safely instruct yoga classes upon completion.
THE PROGRAM
The 200 hour training program consists of in-person lectures, master classes and meditations, community service, assigned readings, practice teachings, written papers, and other assignments covering the areas of yoga history, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, exercise physiology, Ayurveda, aromatherapy, sound therapy, meditation, class structure, cueing and safety modifications, special population considerations, business marketing, and so much more.

You will receive everything you need to succeed as a yoga teacher.
THE STRUCTURE
Just as yoga is a deeply intimate and personal experience, so too is our training program. Classes will be held in person at varying locations to assist with the class content, and you will become connected to your brothers and sisters who are learning alongside you.
